Allison Brooks Janney (born April 14, 1970) is an American actor. Known for her performances across the stage and on screen, she has received various distinctions, such as an Academy Award a British Academy Film Award a Golden Globe Award and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to nominations for two Tony Awards. Allison Janney, who spent more than 20 years working in theatres across the country, was known for her role as White House Press Secretary C.J. Gregg played a prominent role on The West Wing. During the initial seasons of her series, Janney made anywhere from $125,000 to $250,000 per episode. Faris and her partner Allison Janey, are estimated to have made $200,000 per episode as of the end of season 4, or in third season.
